The Very Franchesska Berry

Franchesska Berry is an award-winning choreographer, educator, and cultural award developer with 20+ years of experience producing and managing intercultural programming for government, arts, and non-profit organizations. Franchesska specializes in dances and the traditional culture of West Africa and the African Diaspora. Franchesska developed her professional expertise as an academic leader in international, intercultural art education, termed the Relational Model of Education. Through symbolic imagery and storytelling, Ms. Berry invites participants (students and audience members) to resolve identified problems holistically through dance and oneness to gather cohesively as a collective and be open and receptive to new outcomes. One can share their experiences through dialogue and dance, creating a community spirit.
