No More Under is a non-profit organization dedicated to saving lives through water safety education, legislation, and increasing equitable access to swimming lessons and tools.

Learn-to-Swim Programs:

We make swimming lesson access more equitable and inclusive for under-resourced families. In partnership with swim schools, many wonderful community partners, we manage, facilitate, and cover the costs of swimming lesson programs, swimming materials, and transportation. We have also joined forces with Swim Seattle and are incredibly proud to have supported over 5,000 swim lessons thus far.

Advocacy:

We are proud to advocate for water safety in our local and federal governments. Last year we passed HB1750, which designates May 15th as Water Safety Day here in Washington state. This year we are developing and implementing water safety materials and discussions in schools across the state. Please join our mission and advocate for water safety education for everyone here.

Educational Resources:

Learning about water safety is a critical step for communities to reduce drownings, which is why we are advocating for water safety discussions in schools. We have statistics and educational materials on our website including Water Watcher Badges and the documentary Drowning in Silence, which our founder directed about her mission to prevent childhood drowning.
