Waterfront Park hosts several events that promote healthy communities. Some of these include classes for yoga, Zumba, meditation, dance, and cardio.
In addition to our Events and Ongoing Programs, the park features spaces to play chess, soccer, Connect 4 and cornhole. Beyond the ever-changing collection of free family-friendly cultural, recreational, and educational activities and events, Pier 62 is a unique place to see art, grab a bite, stroll alongside breathtaking views, or relax and enjoy a waterside respite from the big city.
About Friends of Waterfront Seattle
Waterfront Park is the joint effort of the City of Seattle’s Office of the Waterfront and Civic Projects, Friends of Waterfront Seattle, and Seattle Parks and Recreation. Friends of Waterfront Seattle is the nonprofit partner to the City of Seattle responsible for helping to fund, build, steward, and program the park — today and into the future.
